Grape: Merlot.
Origin: Vin de Pays d'Oc, southern France in
Languedoc-Roussillon.
Colour: Bright red with a purple rim.
Nose: Summer fruits with aromas of blackcurrant,
cherry and raspberry jam.
Taste: Jammy red fruits followed by a soft, round
finish.
Serve: At a barbecue, as an aperitif, or with
white meat.
Serve at: 16-18°C.
Cellar potential: 2-4 years. |
